Alhamar, Home of the Tourism Museum – Room 17
Alhamar is one of the official locations of the International Tourism Museum, a non-profit initiative that honours the history of the tourism sector and those who helped build it. Our Room 17 is dedicated to the history of specialised training in tourism, highlighting the essential role of education in professionalising the industry.
This space allows students not only to learn but also to connect with the legacy of past generations, gaining insight into the evolution of tourism as a social and economic phenomenon.
